- VARIETALS : Pinot Noir 60%, Gamay 35%, Côt 5%

- AT NOSE : A first smoky and spicy nose typical of Pinot Noir. Its complexity appears through the
primary aromas typical of the Côt grape variety

- ON THE PALATE : Soft and velvety tannins, with a long lingering finale.

- FOOD PAIRINGS : It will go wonderfully with charcuterie as an aperitif and grilled meat as a main course
