Domaine de Michelin, Soleil Rouge

Dense ruby red color. Nose of cherry jam, clove, vanilla and white pepper. Frank and powerful attack, ample and fat mid-palate on the fruit, with dense tannins. Finish on cinnamon with notes of pepper and a great length associated with salinity.
