Vineyards close to the seaside, oriented south/south-east. Hand-picked grapes. Direct pressing. Fermentation in barrels, 7 months ageing on fine lees. Bâtonnage. Fruity flavours (raspberry, strawberry). Some hints of marine scents. Fresh, crisp acidity with a subtle saline ending.
