The vines are facing southeast on siliceous-clay soils. Grape variety : 100% black Grolleau Tasting notes : Pale pink colored wine, bright and clear. The nose is very fine with expressive notes of red fruits (stawberries, raspberries). This light wine is lively and develops a lot of aromas. It is full on the palate with an elegant finish. Food pairing : to be served at 10-12 °; with salads, cold meats and desserts
