With its intense golden color, this Pouilly-Fuissé is distinguished by its highly aromatic nose. The wine's floral bouquet blends perfectly with its mineral notes. The palate is powerful and full-bodied, with the woodiness adding richness and harmony. On the palate, it has a very pleasant length. We age the wine on fine lees in oak during 9 to 10 months in oak barrels with 30% new oakwood. Bourgogne Aujourd’hui Aout-Septembre 2023 : 15.50/20, exceptional wine.
