Domaine de L'Agly cuvée Entrée du Royaume 2019
Dramatically expressive and oral on the nose, it smells like violets, then adds pepper and purple raspberries and a bit of garrigue as well. It's medium to full-bodied but not heavy at all, showing o that wonderful complexity without a heavy wall of tannin, instead ending softly and silkily. It easily merits a role without food,to savour “en aperitif ”
