Domaine de Joÿ- Floc de Gascogne

This « Floc de Gascogne » offers a pale yellow colour with green tints. The nose is complex, reveals fruity (pineapple, apricot) and floral notes and even a hint of honey. On the palate, this « eau de vie » is supple, round, fresh and well balanced. Enjoy it as an aperitif or in dessert with « croustade aux pommes » (kind of apple pie. It's a speciality of dessert in Gascogne).
