ENVIE offers a pale yellow colour with green tints. The nose, fresh and fruity, reveals notes of citrus (grapefruit, lemon) and exotic fruits (litchi). On the palate, it's fresh, round, delicate and the fruity aftertaste is very pleasant. ENVIE is a festive wine and an excellent accompaniment for good food. You can taste and enjoy it with friends as an aperitif or on shellfish, grilled fish. It will surprise you on a Comté cheese or sheep cheese from the Pyrenees Mountains.
