:8 Ha in one piece in the plain of Cravant, a particular limestone terroir which gives the wines finesse and elegance. After a manual harvest of 45 years old vines, this cuvée is aged partly in barrels and partly in vats for one year. In the glass you will find aromas of candied red fruits and spicy notes that bring all their complexity. This wine is ideal with red meat such as prime rib.
