Grape varieties: Grenache, Syrah Terroir: Majority of limestone-clay and silty sand soils ranging from 100m to 450m high. South west exposure. Yields: 25 hl/ha. Harvest: Manually, with small capacity baskets and crates. Triple sorting: at harvest, in the rows and in the cellar. Vinification: Traditional fermentations with native yeasts (no inputs) in truncated wooden tanks. Gravity movements. Pneumatic pressing at low intensity. Maturing: 22 months in concrete and stainless steel 316. And 3 last months in wood. Bottling: estate bottled Aging potential: 10 years Tasting: Very good structure. These grape varieties have produced a wine that is both powerful and elegant.
