Domaine d'O, Rosé

At 350 meter above sea level our Pinot Noir grapes do exceptionally well ! The have more time to slowly ripen at the slightly cooler temperatures while the clay and limestone soils gives the wine an elegant and fresh style. For our Rosé we look for elegant fruity aromas with notes of strawberry and raspberry. Harvesting at the precise moment to limit the alcohol at 12,5% gives us the right balance between body and acidity which make the rosé fresh and elegant.
