Domaine d'O, Chardonnay

From the vineyards in Limoux where Oliver, whom was born in Burgundy and raised in the Languedoc makes a perfect Burgundian Chardonnay from the South of France. Here, the vineyards are in the foothills of the Pyrenese mountains at 400 metres high. This Chardonnay was vinified and matured on 35% new oak to add complexity but not mask the beautifull fruity aromas of pear, peach and nectarine.
