Domaine d'Arbousset - RL 2021

RL is a special cuvée created in 2020 by our son Rafael Lafont. Because he loves eating the cinsault grapes, he imagined a cuvee 100% cinsaults vinifed and aged in a special demi muid of 500L. Each grape of this cuvee is strictly selected by hand into the vineyard and non destemmed. We used the natural yeasts and no other product than a bit of SO2 after the malolactic fermentation.The result is a very elegant and fine wine with floral notes. The wood and the tannins gives an impression of lace in the mouth. The tension in the mouth gives a very long lenght to the wine. RL is a special cuvée created in 2020 by our son Rafael Lafont.
