Domaine d'Arbousset - cuvée la Vigne d'Yvon 2017

La Vigne d'Yvon is the first cuvée of our Domaine, created on 2001 in tribute to Yvon, Gérald's father wich plant the vineyard in 1973. This cuvée is made with a blend of Grenache, syrah, cinsault and mourvèdre. The grapevarieties are cofermented in a concrete tank with the natural yeasts. We don't use any product during the vinification. 30% of this cuvee is aged in a demi muid 70% in a concrete tank. La Vigne d'Yvon is a deep and complex wine, with typically notes of blackcurrent and flower. You can drink it on his young for the freshness of the fruit or keep it for more complexity
