Farming is carried out according to the principles of organic Agriculture since 2008. Certification was obtained in 2011 (Bureau Veritas).Tilling the soil is mainly manual.
All phythosanitary products are natural.
The harvest is manual. The wine is aged at least 12 months in oak barrels and very regularly followed up by a specialized laboratory. It matures slowly, naturally without thermic schock. White wine is aged in a 500-liters barrel preventing the wine from becoming excessively woody.
