Old collection of Rivesaltes Ambré that was only bottled in 2009 after 40 years ageing in different oak barrels. Beautiful amber color of this Rivesaltes lets out a bouquet that is both delicate and intense, with notes of roasting, dark chocolate and bitter orange, enhanced by a spicy touch. A rich wine of great elegance to taste on a chocolate pie.
