DOCK 1 Rieussec

Single malt whisky aged in Sauternes barrels, then matured for 6 months in barrels of Château Rieussec, 1er Grand Cru Sauternes. This whisky is made from local barley grown on the island of Patiras, in the Gironde estuary, and distilled in 100% copper stills of the Maison Stupfler company, made in Bordeaux. Natural coloring. No cold filtration. 

This whisky has a beautiful golden color. The nose is intense, we find strong cereal notes, thanks to the quality of the raw material. The mouth is warm and spicy.
