Dock 1 Pipeau

Single malt whisky aged in barrels of Château Pipeau, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru. This whisky is made from local barley grown on the island of Patiras, in the Gironde estuary, and distilled in 100% copper stills of the Maison Stupfler, made in Bordeaux. Natural coloring. No cold filtration. 

The color is a beautiful amber gold. The nose is powerful, we find a spicy touch, followed by intense notes of black fruits like blackberry or cassis. The attack is lively and intense. The tannins of the red wine bring roundness.
