Dock 1 La Louvière

Single malt whisky aged in Sauternes barrels, then matured for 6 months in barrels of Château La Louvière, Pessac-Léognan. This whisky is made from local barley grown on the island of Patiras, in the Gironde estuary, and distilled in 100% copper stills of the Maison Stupfler company, made in Bordeaux. Natural coloring. No cold filtration. 

The color is a beautiful amber gold, with hints of ruby. The nose is intense, we find very cereal notes, thanks to the quality of the raw material. The mouth is lively and greedy.
