DARWiN - Vidoc

An elegant nose, carried by intense aromas of blackcurrant and black cherry, lifted by subtle notes of roasted coffee. Ferruginous (akin to fer servadou / Leather / Cocoa / black cherries) This Vidoc, aged two years in tank, offers beautiful complexity and seductive roundness. The palate is rich with the wealth of black fruits, complemented by a delicate spicy touch. The tannic structure, well integrated, supports a long and harmonious finish. This wine pairs wonderfully with characterful dishes, grilled meats, and sauces to mature cheeses. Crafted from new resistant grape varieties, this Vidoc is free from phytosanitary treatments, including copper and sulfur.
