Within our chocolates, you'll encounter a rich mosaic of flavors. Sweet, citrusy, woodland, earthy, and even briny notes collectively form the signature of our House. In perfect harmony with nature, we eschew the standardization of taste. Our chocolates are defined by their tasting notes, transcending the simple definition of a cocoa percentage. It's the terroirs and histories that authentically express themselves in each delightful bite.

TASTING NOTES : 

On the nose, one encounters forest, woody, and vegetal notes.  These are complemented by fleeting floral hints and a subtle touch of sugar, enhancing the overall aromatic complexity. On the palate, the chocolate's intensity mingles with acidic nuances like mucilage and begonia, giving way to the subtlety of red fruits dusted with distinct vegetal accents, such as sweet pepper.

The finish carries a gentle sweetness, akin to baked caramel, with delicate hints of almond and citrus zest interweaving. The bitterness is pronounced, as is the chocolate's creamy texture.
