A special plot of Melon B. cultivated with great care and raised in complete freedom for a sincere expression of the grape variety. 
Cyrus is the ingenious hero of Jules Verne's book, The Mysterious Island. As the hero, this cuvée is an adventure. An innovative and engaged agronomic approach (plant cover, manual soil work, hand picking), our grapes arrive at the cellar in perfect condition. The vinification is done in sandstone jars.
