Cuvée One 2021

Cuvée One is our Muscadet sur Lie harvested on a special parcel of Gneiss, where the oldest vines of the domain grow. The harvest is done by hand with a grape selection at the parcel. Cuvée One is the finest, most balanced of our muscadet sur Lie. It stayed 9 to 10 month on the lies before bottling. You will like vivacity and lenght in the first years and and Cuvée One can be appreciated after several years when complexity arrives. It can be enjoyed with seafruit or a nice fish in the oven.
