Appellation: AOP Minervois La Livinière.

Grape variety: 70 % Syrah, 15 % Mourvèdre and 15% Grenache.

Age of the vines: 45 years.

Terroir: Argilo-calcareous.

Mode of driving the vines: Cordon de Royat and Guyot à 6 yeux.

 Yield: 40 hl/ha.

 Vinification: Maceration of whole berries for 20 days at controlled temperature.

Aging: Aged for one year in oak barrels from the Tronçais forest.

Tasting notes: This wine presents fine vanilla notes, prelude to a silky mouth marked by intense aromas of red fruits.

 Food matches: Serve well with red meats, stews and game.
