Made of Merlot and Syrah. It aged in oak barrels for 12 months. A powerful wine, with notes of roasting and ripe fruit. In the mouth, the tannins are supple. To be enjoyed with typical South-Western dishes, such as duck confit, prime rib, or chocolate desserts.
