Cuvée Blanc de Blancs 2011

Fresh and mineral. This blanc de blancs is a vintage 2011, aged more than 4 years on lees. It's a fresh but fruity champagne that mostly come from a 1HA plot with chalky clay soil and south east exposure. The palate is smooth, creamy and the nose is expressive and elegant. It is great in aperitif or with seafood. Dosage : 8g/L
