YOGURT - Authentic Yogurts in Clay Pot

Our authentic yogurts in clay pot have always been made using simple and few ingredients: whole milk and fresh cream, cultures, sugar and carefully selected ingredients (hand-cutted Pure Vanilla from Madagascar, hand-squeezed lemon juice and limes, orange blossom honey...). All ingredients are directly poured into the same pots the yogurt will be consumed in and this unique process allows the yogurt to have a firm texture that many describe as luxuriously smooth & creamy.
