CLIMAT : Mediterranean, mild winter, warm summer and dry
ALCOHOL : 13.5 % Vol.
WINEMAKING : Carignan and Syrah are harvested manually and then vinified in 30-day carbonic maceration.
DEGUSTATION :
DRESS : intense purple dress.
NOSE : A very fine nose of small red fruits and vanilla.
PALATE : An intense attack. Structure with tannins rich and melted with spicy notes.

CONSERVATION : Can be enjoyed within 2 to 5 years in good storage conditions.
