La Cuvée de Léon

WINEYARD : 10% Carignan, 10% Syrah, 80% Grenache.

TERROIR :

SOIL : Chalky soil.

CLIMAT : Mediterranean, mild winter, warm summer and dry

ALCOHOL : 14.3 % Vol.

WINEMAKING :

Carignan is harvested manually and vinified in carbonic maceration. Destemming and 20-day vatting for Grenache and Syrah. Assembly at the end of vinification.

DEGUSTATION :

            DRESS : dress red purple

            NOSE : a powerful and generous nose

            PALASTE : A well-balanced mouth with character full-bodied

ADVISE FROM THE SOMMELIER : open two hours before tasting on cold meats, meats in sauce.

CONSERVATION : to drink within 2 to 5 years in good storage conditions.

MEDAILLE :GOLD medal at the Gilbert and Gaillard international Challenge 2020
