Maison Blanche - Crémant de Bordeaux - Extra Brut - ORGANIC
The Bouey family uses carefully selected grapes to make Maison Blanche Extra Brut, a fully Organic Crémant de Bordeaux. The vines growx along the banks of the Garonne and are harvested entirely by hand. The wine is then matured slowly in 18th century cellars, allowing this exquisite sparkling to reach the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. it is then finished with a drop of "liqueur" developped by the Bouey family. This is truelly the wine of grace and finesse.
Harvest usually takes place manually late August, depending on the ripeness of the grapes. Grapes are gradually pressed so that not to damage the fruit. tha vats are stabilised at 8-10°C for "débourbage". The alcoholic fermentation takes place. The wines are taking into the sellar to undergo the 2d fermentaion in bottle.
