CREMANT DE LOIRE BLANC BRUT Château de Cossé
The Château des Cossé is nicknamed the «Giant of the Loire Valley». The highest castle in France was built in the 17th century. Acquired in 1502 by the Cossé de Brissac family, the castle now shines in the heart of Anjou. The vineyard has been present on the family’s land since the construction of the Château. The Cossé de Brissac family has entrusted the exploitation of its vineyard to the Caves de la Loire, renowned for their know-how in the Loire Valley. The wine has a pretty golden yellow colour and is studded with generous fine bubbles. The nose, fresh and frank, is distinguished by its delicate aromas of white flowers and fruits such as pear or white peach. The unctuousness of the foam leads to a balanced mouth, sublimated by a round and persistent finish. A wine of great finesse.
