The Crémant d'Alsace is made by respecting the Traditional Method and its double fermentation with a minimum of 12 months on lees. A perfect balance between quality and price for this easy-drinking sparkling wine!

This blend of Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois offers a light yellow robe with golden reflects. The light is well reflected by the fineness of the bubbles and fondles the white sparkling.

To be paired with an aperitif. It wonderfull matches with oysters, buffets and any other dining cocktails.
