Tasting:
- Robe: yellow color | fine and delicate bubbles.
- Bouquet: almond | green apple | white flowers.
- Taste: frank attack and acidulous | flowery mid-palate |fresh finish.
Winemaking Method: Manual harvesting. Slow pressing before first alcoholic fermentation in tank. Second fermentation in bottle according to the traditional method. Maturation on laths 12 months before disgorgement.
