Crémant Brut d'Alsace
Manual harvest, 100% Pinot Blanc. We have a slope dedicated to our Crémants, as we find the brown slate bedrock adds a little ‘crunch' to the bubble. 6 months on oak casks, then 15 months of second fermentation and bottle aging. A great bottle to honour your guests, or to accompany the end of a meal.
