Crémant Bio

Our Crémants are a selection of early harvested grapes in order to keep the vigorous and aromatic richness. They are vinified and raised in bottle for at least 12 months, respecting the traditional wine-making process. Fresh and elegant, this Crémant offers delicate bubbles. The ending is long in mouth. Our organic vine growers respect the schedule of conditions of organic farming certified by ECOCERT : no chemical fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides are used and the whole vineyards are under grass. This method meant maintaining ecosystem's natural balance. Lower yields contribute also to richness and complexity of our wines. Grapes are fully hand harvested.
