Extra virgin olive oil from Provence

Derived from olives harvested early in the season, our CRÉATION is the result of a blending of Aglandau and Salonenque varieties, that gives vegetal and dried fruit aromas to the olive oil.

This is a seasoning oil to combine with carbs, (pasta, rice, potatoes), mashed potatoes, soups, raw or cooked vegetables, fish just out of the oven, fresh cheeses (goat, sheep or cow's).
