Total eraflage, no crushing. Long vatting, about 15 days.
TASTING NOTES
Red wine with purple reflections, nice color intensity.
A first soft nose with spicy and fruity notes. It then opens on liquorice (zan), peppery and cherry notes.
A frank attack, on fine and well coated tannins.
Good structure greedy in the mouth.

This Côtes du Rhône La Font Louisiane red can be enjoyed with pleasure and greed on its youth. This red wine will go very well on a Basquaise chicken, a parmentier with duck confit, a pot-au-feu with three meats.
