Côtes-du-Rhône Red ++-- No sulphites added 2021

Night harvest keeping the freshness and to protect the aormas of the grapes. Fermentation with natural yeast at  a maintained temperature of 28°C. No added sulphites, keeping this wine as natural as possible allowing it to fully express its terroir and typicity of its grapes.

Deep red colour combined with spices. Fine and well integrated tannins.
