New appellation which was decided in 2011. Regional AOC both In Beaujolais and Burgundy.
The Terroir : Our wines comes selected plots on the villages of Julié and Emeringes.
After hand harvest, the whole fruit is put in tanks. Traditional maceration for gamay between 7 to 8 days. Temperature control at 28°C.
Tasting : Intense colour with rubis hints. Very appealing red fruits, like cherry together with vanilla notes. Fine tannins for a pleasant finish.
