Corton Grand Cru
Located in the commune of Ladoix-Serrigny at the northern end of the Corton hillside. Exposed East / North-East on fine limestone soils alternating with marl, at an altitude of between 300 and 350 m.
Manual harvesting. Total destemming followed by a cold pre-fermentation maceration for 3 days.
Nice balance between power and elegance. The color is deep and sustained, the aromas of red fruits (red currant, cherry, prune) evolve towards undergrowth, licorice. A sensual and structured wine at the same time.
To be kept between 6 and 12 years.
Serve between 16 to 17°C.
