Coquerel XO is our greatest blend: powerful and complex, yet elegant and smooth. The blend of unique eaux-de-vie and the double aging, first in new French oak barrels, then in very old Pommeau de Normandie natural apple apéritif cask, provides a subtle balance between the acidity of the apples, the sweetness of the unfermented sugars, dried fruits, and spic
