COPEL SAINT-EMILION GRAND CRU

The parcels of old vines are planted on the Figeac plateau, a place called West Cheval Blanc, a hilltop made up of poor gravel on blue clay.

Vintage 2018 60% Merlot; 35% Cabernet Sauvignon; 5% Cabernet Franc

Production : 1800 numbered bottles

Garnet to purple color. The wine proposes an expressive nose, of a great complexity. Morello cherries in brandy, plum, blackcurrant, black truffle, violet... The mouth is soft and draped, the tannins fine and peppery. The final is of a rare elegance.
