The white BORDEAUX is the fruit of a slightly crazy desire to make a dry wine from Sémillon grapes affected by noble rot.
The wine comes from strictly selected plot (more than 60 years old vines) located on a remarkable soil of clay-limestone in the Sauternes geographic area.

Golden yellow colour. The nose offers all the attributes of a real dry Sauternes with aromas of candied apricot, fresh pineapple, and citrus fruits. A touch of pastry underlines the whole. The mouth is dense, creamy, very aromatic and offers a dazzling finale. A unique expression of Sémillon for an exceptional wine.
