 1st Prize Gold Farmer 2014 (Innovative Farmer's Product).  To be enjoyed with foie gras, rillettes, cheeses (goat, sheep, Cantal, Beaufort), or dessert (on an apple pie). Confit will enhance pan-fried vegetables or duck breast during cooking.  Taste: Acidic notes of Champagne, followed by notes of saffron, to finish with a length in the mouth of Champagne and saffron.
