Soil is mainly composed of rocky and crumbly granite, very shallow surface. Water drains away easily. These good conditions combined with unique geology give rise to some inimitable wines. 100% hand-picked in the first-half of September. 30% is fermented in French oak barrels and aged for 9 months.
