Vinification and maturing
The light rainfalls and high temperature in the summer allow a late harvest leading to the optimal ripening. Grapes are handpicked. Vinification is traditional with a long maceration (5 weeks) to extract the maximum of colors, aromas and tannins.

Tasting notes
Deep red color with purplish highlights. Complex bouquet of aromas with candied red fruits, black berry, spices and empyreumatic notes. The palate combines the roundness of Grenache and the strength of Merlot. It is ample and concentrated with silky tannins.

Serving suggestions
Recommended at 17°C. Can be paired with prime rib, beef or roasted chicken.
