The vines : Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvedres, Muscadins, Clairettes. Vinification : Hand picking, Estate bottling. Vinification half carbonique and aging in tank for a result of soft wines, but also tanic and fruity. Ideal tasting temperature : 17° for the reds. Best age to 10 years. Serve with meats cooked in sauce, on game with cheese.
