COLORS 721 BY PANTONE - AOC Bordeaux rosé - HVE

THE CONCEPT: Pantone, the colour specialist for artists and artisans the world over, is marking their first partnership with the wine world alongside the Bouey Family. This is a powerful new concept: choose the colour,choose the wine! 2023 was a fruitful year for Bordeaux’s growers and their vineyards, with a warm dry summer which ripened the grapes beautifully and ideal conditions for harvest. Only fruit which arrives at peak ripeness is picked. Vintners apply a balance of traditional and modern wine making techniques, maturing the wine in vats to preserve its fresher, fruity notes. IN TH EGLASS: The colour is Pantone 721, a bright, light pink. The nose opens with intense aromas of fresh fruit (strawberry, raspberry, vine peach), giving way to occasional floral notes and hints of orange blossom. On the palate, the wine is lively and perfectly balanced, with a long and deeply aromatic finish. Pure pleasure, from the first sip! FOOD PAIRING: The perfect aperitif wine, this will also pair beautifully with a cherry tomato and feta tart. Try it with salmon temaki, or even barbecued veald ishes. This rosé is a great foil for fruit desserts too, such as a peach and pomegranate pavlova. Serve at: 8-10°C
