Colombard-Sauvignon
The Colombard-Sauvignon is a blend of 80% of Colombard and 20% of Sauvignon Blanc. Off dry, it has a residual sugar of 6g/l.
The grapes are harvested at low temperature then macerate several hours with full skin contact. The maceration is followed by a pneumatic pressing without oxygen, a controlled low temperature fermentation and finally the wine is matured on fine lees.
This wine is crisp, fresh and intense. It bursts with aromas of citrus, peach and exotic fruits. Very balanced.
Available with cork or screwcap.
