Delpech Fougerat XO Cognac

Our Delpech Fougerat XO cognac is distilled with lees in traditional stills, unique to the Charente. The grapes come from our own vineyards which extend to one hundred hectares around the Petite Champagne and Fin Bois “terroirs”. Aged for a minimum of ten years in oak casks, Delpech Fougerat XO cognac is appreciated by connoisseurs who prefer to taste neat, without ice, as a digestive. Sight: bright with sublime hints of copper and amber. Nose: fruity with aromas of walnut, grape, candied orange and prune. Palate: spicy notes of pepper and vanilla, along with aromas of coffee and leather.
